License Agreement & Usage Guidelines
By clicking “Place Order” you confirm that you are an honoree on the Inc. list and agree to a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide license to reproduce and use the Logo, only as specified in one of the following guidelines.
As consideration for the grant of a license, you will pay the license fee specified by Mansueto Ventures LLC (Publisher of Inc.), valid for a one (1) year term. If you do not hold a valid, paid and current license, you may not use the Logo.
Marketing (Print and Digital) License Agreement
Use in the appropriate media includes but is not limited to brochures, business cards, sales collateral, social media sites, customer email blasts and marketing collateral and the company website for the duration specified at the time of purchase. The Marketing license does not grant permission to use the logo in campaigns that involve paid media (such as email prospecting, advertisements, keyword buys, and bought media space). An agreement renewal is required to continue to use the logo after the expiration date.
Advertising with Marketing (Print & Digital) License Agreement
Use in appropriate media includes all print and digital marketing and advertising usages, excluding broadcast and outdoor advertising, for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Usage also includes all mediums described in the prior paragraph. An agreement renewal is required to continue to use the logo after the expiration date.
Use of the Logo in any manner inconsistent with this Agreement, including any trademark usage guidelines established by Mansueto Ventures from time to time, shall be considered an infringement of Mansueto Ventures’ trademark and a breach of this Agreement and could result in revocation of your right to use the Logo and your prosecution for trademark infringement. Upon any termination of this Agreement, the license granted hereunder shall also immediately terminate. Upon termination of this License Agreement for any reason, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Logo.
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
