How can I get extra copies of the Inc. 500 issue?

What are my cover options?
Choose from four 2018 Inc. magazine cover options, which are referenced as Newsstand, Custom 500 without person, Custom 5000 with person, and Custom 5000 without person in the product menus. Newsstand refers to the 2018 cover art with number 80 Inc. honoree, Sarah Larson Levey. Custom 500 without person refers to the 2018 cover art without Sarah Larson Levey. The Custom 5000 with person and Custom 5000 without person are the custom cover art with the Inc. 5000 logo. The cover options can be previewed when customizing and updating the online proof of each product.
Cover options are also available for 2016 and 2017 following the same naming guidelines above. For 2015 orders, choose from four 2015 Inc. magazine cover options, which are referenced as Option 1 and Option 2 in the product menus. Option 1 refers to the 2015 cover art with Inc. honoree, Jessica Mah. Option 2 refers to the 2015 cover art without Jessica Mah. These two options are available in both Inc. 500 and Inc. 5000.
Ordering a 2014 product with the magazine cover? All 2014 covers will feature the blue Inc. magazine cover.
Can I order a framed award with more than 4 medallions or 2 pages?
Yes. Contact us directly and we’ll work with you on a custom layout to fit your customization needs.
Can I swap the Inc. medallion on my framed award for custom information?
Sure can! Click the “I need help or want special customization” button on the customize screen and submit a request. Your content marketing specialist will be in touch with you to help you complete your order.
Can I send a check for payment?
Absolutely, once your order is in your shopping cart, contact our sales team to process your order as a check. Happy Shopping!
What should I do if I cannot get my online proof to appear as I’d like?
Click the “I need help or want special customization” button on the customize screen and submit a request. Your content marketing specialist will be in touch with you and we will provide a custom proof.
Refunds and Cancellations
Custom Items: All custom designed orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation or changes to a custom order after a period of 24 hours requires a 15% fee (15% of the total sale price of the product, excluding shipping cost). No refund will be issued if the item has shipped from our manufacturer.
If you need to report a defective award(s), please contact our customer service team at 866-636-4355 or firstname.lastname@example.org, as all returns must be approved for tracking purposes.
We must be notified of damaged awards within 10 business days of the order delivery date.
Logos: Unused logo licenses can be refunded within 30 days from purchase date. No refund will be issued after the 30 days period.
