Framed and desktop awards should arrive to you within 10-15 business. Heavily customized items may require longer.

Reprints, eprints, logoed marketing materials (banners, counter cards…) typically ship within 8 business days. 

Most items are customizable to include your company’s name and key award information at no extra charge.  If you need or vision calls for modifications, do let us know – we’re likely able to help.

If, for instance, you’d like to change the information typed engraved on a medallion, simply click the “Request help with special customization” button on the customize screen and submit a request. Your content marketing specialist will be in touch with you to help you complete your order.

For us to determine the cost to ship to your location, we will need to set up a price quote for you. Please send an email to mvlicensing@inc.com. Include your full name, billing address, shipping address, the product name and options of the awards you need, the number of awards you need for each, and your contact information, including your telephone number.

Custom Physical Items: All custom designed orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation or changes to a custom order after a period of 24 hours requires a 15% fee (15% of the total sale price of the product, excluding shipping cost). No refund will be issued if the item has shipped from our manufacturer. 
 
If you need to report a defective award(s), please contact our customer service team at 866-636-4355 or mvlicensing@inc.com, as all returns must be approved for tracking purposes. 
 
We must be notified of damaged awards within 10 business days of the order delivery date.
